Finally getting into the swing of writing again, I work in Insurance and was very busy here with a large Windstorm which struck the country in July, so I have spent most of August and September catching up. Found it hard to get into the third book after writing the first and second consecutively.
I am enjoying writing again, though I am surprised at the twists that my characters are coming up with, funny how they take on a life of their own – I had some very set ideas of what I want to see happen, and blowed if my evil main character has thrown a real spanner in the works – it still all works though. That’s what I love about writing, the whole spontaneity thing.
Sephron is really starting to manipulate the story now, he wants it to go another way, and it has developed a delicious new twist, which I am kind of enjoying, I just have to tweak it a bit more. Sephron has decided that he wants to be seen as a manipulator (as if we did not already know), but wants us to see that he has everyone believing that they are doing their own thing, when he is actually orchestrating the whole thing, the only thing that is annoying him is the fact that Obes got away, he would have preferred to have made Obes suffer first, but he will get another chance, he knows that Obes is the one bringing them all together, bringing all of the elements together, but just why he wants them all together is yet to be seen…
